Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sunrisestrategygroup.com and any services provided by Sunrise Strategy Group LLC ("SSG," "we," "us"), including our Meta (Facebook) developer application. By using the site or authorizing SSG through Meta, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
SSG provides marketing technology and advertising services to businesses of all kinds, including GoHighLevel implementation, agentic AI workflow design, Meta advertising management, and business consulting. The specific scope of services for any given client is defined in a separate engagement agreement between SSG and that client.
3. Meta authorization
When a client authorizes SSG through Meta, the client grants SSG limited permission to access and manage the specific Meta ad accounts and Pages the client selects during the authorization flow. SSG uses this access only to perform the services the client has engaged us to provide. The client may revoke this authorization at any time through their Meta account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the rights of any third party; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Sunrise Strategy Group LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers
The website and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SSG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the services, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SSG does not guarantee any specific advertising result, return on ad spend, lead volume, conversion rate, or business outcome. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, the client's offer, and the policies of advertising platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSG and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or the services. Our total cumulative liability to any client for any claim arising under these Terms or the engagement agreement will not exceed the fees paid by that client to SSG in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSG and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the services in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the services at any time by written notice. SSG may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe a client is violating these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, the client's authorization to SSG through Meta should be revoked by the client through their Meta settings; SSG will also delete the client's tokens within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
